Position
Assistant to Sales & Design . We seek a detail-oriented, organized assistant to support our sales and design team. This key role will help ensure smooth operations by handling scheduling, client communication, administrative tasks, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling appointments, creating proposals, and managing calendars for the sales and design team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for project documents and client records.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team's efficiency.
