Great Oaks Landscaping is seeking a Sales Representative who is excited to join our dynamic team and bring their landscaping sales expertise to the next level. This position focuses on generating sales for design/build, hardscape, and holiday lighting projects across high-end residential properties in the North Shore area. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth client consultations to understand their landscape needs.
- Preparing detailed proposals and estimates for a variety of landscape projects, including enhancements, hardscapes, and lighting.
- Following up on incoming leads to generate sales of small to mid-size landscape projects.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for enhancement and design/build projects.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction for every project.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in landscape sales, particularly in enhancements, hardscapes, and lighting.
- 2 or more years of experience preparing estimates for small to mid-size landscape projects.
- A passion for sales and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of landscaping trends, products, and services.
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendors.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Spanish language skills are a plus, though not required.
- Experience in luxury sales or customer service-driven roles is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
Salary and Benefits:
- Full time position
- Competitive salary at $80,000 to $85,000 per year. Earning potential up to $125,000
