Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or a Bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral or mental health, or other related health field required.
- Four or more years of clinical experience with the population of the facility and previous experience in utilization management required.
- Current licensure as an LPN or RN or current clinical professional license or certification, as required, within the state where the facility provides services.
CPR and de-escalation certification are also required (training available upon hire and offered by the facility).
