We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide vital support across multiple HR functions, including employee records management, recruitment, on-boarding, compliance reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of relevant experience and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Base salary: $22.00 per/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide vital support across multiple HR functions, including employee records management, recruitment, on-boarding, compliance reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist in filing employee documents in ADP.
- Prepare and email termination letters.
- Collaborate with the HR Specialist to conduct audits of HR processes and employee records.
- Assist with job postings and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
- Provide support for employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
- Facilitate event staff open calls by assisting with on-boarding processes, attendance sheets, and applications.
- Represent the company at job fairs to support recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Respond to HR email correspondence, including employee inquiries, candidate questions, verification requests, and general HR matters.
- Assist the HR Specialist in preparing management reports such as EEO, ACA, and labor statistics.
- Schedule meetings for the HR team and maintain the HR calendar.
- Support various HR projects and Great Performances events as required.
- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ADP) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
