Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, managing all client inquiries and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
- Handle client feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
- Identify and anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Prepare, review, and submit documents to state and federal agencies within required deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery of services to clients.
- Ensure client retention by regularly checking in and following up with clients.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Work Schedule
This will be an 8:00 AM – 5:00 P.M, Monday-Friday position unless there is a company event that requires to be worked outside of regular business hours.
