About the Role:
This is an entry-level position. You are invited to apply regardless of experience; on-the-job training is provided.
The GAS Field Representative/Assistant will serve as an extension of the Safety and Operations teams in the field. This role is crucial for maintaining and building our safety culture while providing support to our operations teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills through phone, text, email, and Teams chats.
- Ability to be thorough in observations and reporting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic about maintaining and improving GAS’ safety culture.
- Must be readily available Monday through Friday
- Eagerness to learn with a coachable mindset
- Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21
- Must be able to pass MVR Check, Background Check, and Drug Screening
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a spotter for the operations department on jobs, specifically for tasks that involve working at heights.
- Conduct site visitations on behalf of the safety department, educate personnel, and record findings.
- Assist the operations department with transporting equipment.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Safety and Operations teams.
Work Conditions:
- Varying day-to-day tasks depending on the specific needs of the day.
- Primarily involves driving to client locations and/or accompanying operations team members into the field.
