- Full Time Loan Assistant/Customer Service Representative. Customer Service duties include but are not limited to: data and transaction processing, opening new accounts and putting new accounts and loans on the system, receive checks and cash for deposit, cash checks and pay out money, verify information, amounts and check for accuracy and code documents according to company procedures. Loan Assistant duties include but are not limited to: maintaining loan files such as completing title work, filing mortgages, title liens, flood certifications, ordering UCC/EFS for ag/commercial loans, assisting in loan renewals such as gathering new financial statements, tax returns, cash flows, credit reports etc. and entering the information on our system.
