SUMMARY
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong background in Accounts Payable. Responsible for managing office operations and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Accounts Payable:
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries regarding payment status.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
All employees are required to attend training as required by GPB as well as support the overall compliance program by complying with all laws, policies and procedures.
The employee is responsible for complying with the Bank’s BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance and Consumer Compliance policies and procedures relevant to their responsibilities. If the employee is not certain of what the specific instance calls for, the employee will consult the respective policy and will contact their manager, BSA Officer and/or the Corporate Compliance Officer with additional questions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one or more years directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Outlook Email Software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
