What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server - Casa Bovina position at Great Plains Beef?
Casa Bovina, a private, upscale Italian inspired Steakhouse, is looking for an experienced Server. The Server will be an integral part of this upscale dining operation. The position will split time serving tables at Casa Bovina and assisting in customer service in their retail location, The Mercato.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with people, is service-oriented, and has an interest in serving guest top-notch food and drinks. This position will be focused on serving food and drinks, answering our guest’s questions on menu items, drink options, and our Certified Piedmontese beef. Some experience waiting on tables is required, some knowledge in a variety of cocktails and wines is preferred.
