OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION AND COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT SALESPERSON Great Plains Kubota is family owned and operated and we are passionate about serving our employees and our customers. We are seeking a hardworking, and preferably experiencedsalesperson to sell customer service, along with a full line of Kubota construction equipment which includes Mini Excavators, Skid Steers, Crawlers, Tractors, Backhoes and Loaders, Side-by-Side Utility Vehicles, Lifts, Lights and more. In addition to our mainline of Kubota equipment, Great Plains sells, trades and services a wide range of other brand-named new and used equipment and attachments. The ideal candidate for this Outside Sales role will possess personal integrity and a proven sales history in outside sales. Job Scope and Duties-This role will service Edmond, OK. The successful salesperson will expand our customer service reach, source new sales opportunities and close sales. Success in this role requires the outside salesperson to be capable of identifying the needs of customers, generating leads and qualifying prospects utilizing the Kubota Corporation and the Great Plains business system infrastructure. The outside salesperson understands market share and will recognize and will recommend strategies to grow market share for Great Plains Kubota. The outside sales professional must be a self-starter and possess the maturity to work with little direction and supervision. The Great Plains Kubota salesperson continuously sharpens his equipment knowledge of Kubota products through training and equipment demonstrations. Some understanding of competitor's equipment is required as well. The Great Plains sales team uses a CRM to preserve and track prospect and customer histories. We are seeking outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customers needs.
