Your Role as a CMA:
As a Certified Medication Aide, you'll play an essential role in providing care and support to our residents by:
- Administering prescribed medications under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, including repositioning, feeding, bathing, and grooming.
- Monitoring and reporting resident conditions to the nursing team.
- Documenting care and medication administration in the electronic clinical record.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in Kansas, in good standing.
- A compassionate communicator with patience and empathy.
- Strong attention to detail and basic technology skills.
