Your Role as an LPN :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, you'll be a vital member of our nursing team, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care by :
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitoring residents' conditions and providing updates to the care team.
Supervising and supporting CNAs and other nursing staff.
Assisting with resident care plans to promote wellness and recovery.
Documenting care and clinical observations accurately and timely.
What We're Looking For :
A current LPN license in Kansas, in good standing.
Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and resident-centered approach.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and proficiency with electronic health records.
