Job Title: Parts Loader/Unloader

*****Prefer candidate to have previous powder coat paint experience, and additional compensation will be considered based on skillset.*****
    

Reports to: Line Lead

Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm OR 7:30am-4pm; OT as required

Job Summary: Perform powder coating functions for assigned line in a safe, effective and efficient manner in order to deliver a quality product to the customer.

Job duties:

• Load and unload parts per job order specifications
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals
• Ensure a quality product by using tools in proper manner.
• Work as team member for the assigned product line by effectively communicating production needs and helping teammates
• Keep work area clean and comply with 6S process for assigned line
• Perform other duties as required; flexibility is a must.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, crouch, kneel 
• Must be able to work efficiently in a wide range of temperature conditions
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required, occasionally with little notice
• Must be able to follow job order instructions
• Must be able to communicate with leaders/teammates professionally and courteously at all times
• Must provide focused effort and attention to detail to produce a quality product each and every time
• Minimum age: 18 years old.

Preferred Candidates:

• Production/manufacturing 1 years
• Ability to read CAD drawings

Job Requirements:

Physical:

• Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds using safe lifting techniques
• Must be able to stand on concrete factory floor for 10 hours per day
• Must wear steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses and other PPE equipment, as required for work function.
• Must have the ability to safely reach, stretch, bend and lift parts and product from a standing position
• Must be able to do overhead lifting of various parts

Tools / Equipment: 

• Powered and hand tools will be used to perform the function of product assembly.  Some hand tools may have vibration.

Working Conditions: (shifts, environment):  Non-Climate controlled factory environment
