Utilizes an elder centered approach based on Elder centered principles to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder’s assessment, choices and care plan under the supervision of a licensed nurse to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.
