Utilizes an elder centered approach based on Elder centered principles to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. The CNA / Universal Worker provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder's assessment, choices, and care plan under the supervision of a licensed nurse to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.Qualifications :
- Iowa Certified Nurse's Aide
- Active status on the Direct Care Worker's Registry
- Maintains valid certification
