Job Description :
- The Clinical Dietitian will assess patients for nutritional risk working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy compatible with patient goals and objectives.
- Plans therapeutic diets as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with regulatory agencies.
- Participates and counsels in inpatient and outpatient settings and community health programs as well as educates staff, review and update menus and nutrition education materials, and maintain quality assurance standards.
- The dietitian will conduct nutrition education programs to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease.
