Job Details:
Provides non-emergent transportation to patients to and/or from Great River Health entities. Responsible for documentation of patient transports. Participation in educational programs and in-services as well as performance of miscellaneous related duties. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional care. Provides high quality patient-centered transportation services.
Job Description:
Scheduled hours - 8 hour shifts (days/evenings)
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Maintains valid certification/license
- Iowa chauffeur License or Out-of-state equivalent
- Maintains current and active status on all required training and education as outlined by organizational policy.
- CPR
- Dependent Adult Abuse training required. Upon hire, must be completed within 180 days
