(PROVIDING COMMUNITY BASED TREATMENT)
ABERDEEN, WASHINGTON
(SERVICING GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY AREA)
$10,000 added to the hiring salary for geographical differential.

Supplemental Information
Hourly Range: - $31.25 - $42.00 Hourly ($65,000 - $87,360 annually)
MHP career levels 2,3,4 (DOE and Licensure)
- $10,000 added to the hiring salary for geographical differential.

Qualifications
Who should apply?
- Mental Health Professionals with a Master’s Degree in counseling, social services or closely related field and two (2) years of experience providing direct service to those with mentally illness.
- Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor Certification with Department of Health (DOH) or ability to obtain within 30 days from date of hire.
- Certification with Department of Health (DOH) or ability to obtain within 30 days from date of hire.
- High energy, creative individuals who have a passion for working with adults
- Positive, solutions oriented clinicians
- Therapists skilled at engaging and motivating youth to achieve participation in services
- Those with a preference for a flexible schedule rather than a traditional, fixed 8-5 Monday through Friday facility-based position
- Ability to meet with clients and colleagues in homes and community locations as needed
- Valid driver’s license & current automobile insurance, reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record
- Professional licensure as a LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A preferred.

Some of what you will do:
- The FACT program provides community based services for people with mental health needs who have a history of multiple visits to an emergency department, inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations, and/or contacts with law enforcement related to their behavioral health challenges.
- The goal of the FACT program is to assist individuals in learning recovery skills, accessing resources, reducing hospitalizations, and decreasing contacts with law enforcement. The FACT team utilizes a wraparound approach with most services taking place in the community, and works in partnership with individuals and their formal or informal support systems.
- Services provided by the FACT team include: Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder counseling services; Medication Management; Skill building for self-care; Exploring employment opportunities; Assistance with identifying benefits and other funding/financial resources; Assistance with finding housing
- The team’s Mental Health Professional provides the initial mental health assessment and works in conjunction with the team and individual to create an individualized treatment plan and wellness plan. The MHP also provides ongoing case management support and individual therapy to encourage recovery and wellness.
