We are seeking a qualified Community Based Treatment Professional to join our team at GREAT RIVERS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ORGA. As a Community Based Treatment Professional, you will provide community-based treatment services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
Your responsibilities will include assessing and identifying treatment services, developing comprehensive service plans, and providing individual relapse prevention, harm reduction, and substance abuse counseling based on motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral responses.
You will also work effectively with the individual's support system, education and vocational training providers, and self-help groups providing services to individuals. Connect individuals to self-help recovery groups and assess and provide supportive services to address needs for problem-solving, wellness self-management, housing, income support, education and vocational training, social support, employment, and primary care.
We offer a competitive salary range of $23.08 - $33.65 Hourly, comprehensive health package, life insurance, long-term disability, 11 paid holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program, and PERS Retirement Program through the State of Washington Department of Retirement Systems (DRS).
