What you’ll be doing to make an impact at GSRs:
Ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset between seatings.
Moving tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers as needed.
Completing designated opening and closing duties in efficient, timely manner such as stocking supplies and service ware, keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized.
Coordinating with host personnel on seating needs and priority tables.
Demonstrating proper dish room procedures such as: placing soiled linen in the proper area, stacking trays, loading bus tubs, etc.
Demonstrating a willingness to help, learn, and be a positive member of the team.
Performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
What you’ll bring to the team:
Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
Restaurant experience preferred.
Ability to speak and understand English.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to:
Standing and walking during an entire shift, averaging to 8 hours per shift.
Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, and carrying supplies up to 50 pounds in weight.
A team player’s mentality with good communication skills and the ability to stay positive under pressure.
