Responsibilities
- Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry and be dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and accounting office
- The office assistant will provide administrative support across various departments and ensure smooth daily operations within the office
- Onboard newly hired employees
- Assist with daily sales audits for multiple locations
- Assist with data entry using our inventory management software
- Maintain office and first aid supplies
- Assist with payroll process
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office
- Prepare and edit documents and spreadsheets
- Perform general clerical cuties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Some weekends possible
