Do you have experience working with young children but have been looking for a way to expand your own skills and rekindle your love for working in the classroom?  We have the position for you! This position would provide personal growth and the opportunity to have a significant and lasting impact on a child/family's life.

We are currently seeking Behavior Technicians (BT's) for new openings within our organization.  We are looking for individuals with a passion for teaching young children and who are willing to complete the necessary training to become RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certified.  If you've ever wondered how you can expand your skills beyond your current role, this is your opportunity!  We will support and mentor you through training.   We have both full- time and part-time positions available. This position works directly with children in a preschool or home setting carrying out ABA (applied behavior analysis) programming under the supervision of a BCBA.

Staffing ratios are 1:1 but therapy is conducted at the individual and small group level in our clinic setting. We are seeking individuals who love working with children, who are enthusiastic, focused, and driven to learn.
