We are a comprehensive pediatric center of excellence providing high-quality rehabilitation services to children with special needs. Our clinics require a part time Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure that our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming.
Job Description :
The Facility Maintenance Manager will be responsible for performing a variety of mainenance tasks across multiple pediatric rehab clinics in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Middleburg, FL and surrounding areas. This position is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our patients and staff. The position consists of approximately 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repairs in a timely manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment and facilities.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting patient care.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are on hand.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work completed.
- Oversee and collaborate with outside vendors or contractors
