What You'll Need:
Active or eligible to obtain a state license to practice Physical Therapy, leadership experience and/or strong clinical skills preferred for Lead PT position leading a team of PTs and PTAs.
What You'll Do:
- Provide physical therapy services to children and adolescents with a variety of conditions in an outpatient clinic setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's individual needs
- Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Communicate with patients' families and other healthcare professionals on a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Lead a team of PTs and PTAs to provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all patients receive the highest quality of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current with the latest research and techniques in pediatric physical therapy
