We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting pediatric therapists in niche markets, including Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Board Certified Music Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians. This role is crucial to ensuring our rapidly growing network of pediatric therapy centers continues to thrive by attracting and hiring top talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract highly skilled pediatric therapists.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with our clinical and cultural standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Partner with clinical and operational leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure timely staffing.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions to stay competitive in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, credentialing requirements, and state regulations.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with a focus on pediatric therapy disciplines.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for OT, SLP, PT, BCBA, MT and RBT roles.
- Experience in niche markets and hard-to-fill positions within pediatric rehabilitation.
- Experience with digital platforms, recruitment through social media networking and comfortable using AI technology.
- Strong understanding of credentialing, licensing, and regulatory requirements for therapists across multiple states.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
