Position Overview:
As a Junior Analyst, you will be working directly with our experienced Senior Analysts and Upper Level Management to identify lucrative real estate deals. Your primary responsibility will be strictly focusing on analyzing potential opportunities, researching markets, identifying property valuations and sourcing deals that align with our investment strategies. You will be required to make outbound calls. Leads and systems will be provided to you. The role is perfect for someone eager to grow into a more senior position within the firm, with a fast-track 12 month goal of becoming a Senior Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate deals.
- Review and evaluate incoming real estate opportunities, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Assist Senior Analysts by providing critical data and insights to help in decision-making.
- Utilize provided systems and leads to effectively track and manage deal flow.
- Work closely with the team to streamline processes and improve deal sourcing efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support to Senior Analysts throughout the deal evaluation process.
Qualifications:
- Prior real estate experience is a must (can include internships, previous acquisition roles, real estate agent/broker, mortgage bankers, other financial professionals).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- No college degree required.
