Overview
Great Water USA is a highly respected technical and service company. We are currently hiring for a vibrant customer service leader for our front office. Experience in customer service is required. Scheduling and some office experience is helpful but is not required. If you love to help people and want to be part of a winning team, then Great Water USA is looking for you. This position is full-time, 40hr per week, (some Saturdays required). Some lifting is required up to 45lbs. to assist our customers with products purchased through retail. Duties
Assist customers within our retail office
Cash handling, Cash balancing, Bank Deposits
Assisting customer's in loading product
Assist customer by phone with scheduling for service and delivery services
Skills
- Strong background in customer service with proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for managing inbound calls professionally.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
