Junior Salesforce Developer
Description
Great Western Building Systems seeks a highly motivated Junior Salesforce Administrator responsible for assisting in development, maintenance, and support of Salesforce. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver committed to supporting users and the business without losing sight of business goals. This is an entry level position working with an experienced Salesforce developer and provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
- Provide initial troubleshooting support to Salesforce users.
- Assist and train users in the use of record management and reporting tools.
- Perform administrative duties and record management.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on end user experience.
- Assist in the setup, training and onboarding of new hires.
- Engage in development projects and optimization efforts.
- Continue to grow your skills through Trailhead, community knowledge, networking and advanced certifications.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical or complex ideas clearly in simple terms.
- Fundamental understanding of business processes and principles
- Eligibility to work in the United States, Immigration and Work Visa sponsorships are not offered.
Experience (Required)
- 1-2 Years experience in a Systems Administration role.
- Proficiency in data management best practices, maintenance and migration.
- Fundamental understanding of the Salesforce platform including system configuration, permissions, governance, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with Salesforce process automation tools, formulas, Approval Processes & Flow.
Experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency using Excel Power Query or similar data modeling and comparison tools to correct, optimize, and migrate data.
- Experience working with middleware platforms, Celigo, Mulesoft, Zapier.
- Functional understanding of SOQL & Apex.
- Experience working in a web based business environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- $55,000 - $85,000 annual salary depending on experience
