We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Coffee Shop Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Able to exert over 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or be able to frequently lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Able to stand for several hours at a time.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
