Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service department.
- Assess customer needs by listening to their concerns regarding vehicle performance and maintenance.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, repairs, and costs associated with vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and completed work.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
- Stay informed about new automotive technologies, products, and services to provide knowledgeable advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in powersports repair or service is preferred.
- Knowledge of tire service, diagnostics, and dealership operations is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
- Proven ability to upsell services while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
- Experience in service management is advantageous but not required.
- A passion for the powersports industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
