Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain knowledge of grocery store products to provide informed recommendations.
• Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our service capabilities.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus but not required.
• Ability to sell products effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience with product demos is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 33 per week
