Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Grader to join our quality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and grading products to ensure they meet established quality standards. This role requires proficiency in lumber grading.

Responsibilities

  • Grade lumber in a sawmill and planer mill setting.
  • Be able to flip boards by hand and accurately grade them to ensure our quality standards are being met.
  • Be able to communicate with supervisor on how the product is turning out.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $26.49 per hour
