Job Description
The Director of Finance is a key business partner responsible for delivering financial results, internal controls, and reporting at Great Wolf Lodge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of driving financial strategies and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and forecast business trends to develop financial strategies and plans
- Provide accurate accounting, expense management, and internal controls framework
- Measure and analyze financial results for reporting to regional and corporate management
- Partner with the General Manager to clearly describe, assign, and delegate financial responsibility and authority
- Create conditions for financial success by coaching, training, and working collaboratively with team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to perform analysis and modeling
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in entertainment, amusement park, or hotel industry
- Prior experience with Coupa, Tableau, and O365 suite
