Job Summary This position is responsible for supervising daily food outlet operations, supporting the food and beverage team, and enhancing guest experiences at GREAT WOLF LODGE. The ideal candidate will have experience in a food service leadership capacity, utilizing Point-of-Sale technology, and possessing excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Daily Operations Management: Supervising daily food outlet operations to ensure successful execution of all lodge standards and completion of daily tasks and assignments.
- Team Support: Assisting with the overall operation of the restaurant(s) including; Point of Sale transactions, expediting, re-stocking, ensuring staff breaks.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensuring that outlets are sanitized, cleaned, stocked, and setup correctly at start of and throughout the shift while always adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Pack Member Development: Providing coaching, encouragement, and recognition to pack members regularly.
