Job Description:
The Head of Resort Security is responsible for leading and implementing all aspects of security at the Great Wolf Lodge. This includes developing and enforcing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee security operations, including personnel management, training, and development.
- Investigate incidents, theft, and lost items, documenting reports according to departmental procedures.
- Manage CCTV arrays, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- Ensure compliance with state security laws, fire codes, and penal codes.
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in a security-related field.
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses, including State security license, CPR, and First Aid certification, and alcohol awareness training.
- Experience managing teams and projects.
- Clean driving record.
Salary : $70,000
