Key Responsibilities
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with lodge leadership and enterprise HR
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as needed
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, improving work relationships, morale, and productivity
- Assist international employees with visas, assignments, and HR matters
Talent Development
- Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs
- Evaluate and monitor training programs for success
- Drive enterprise-wide talent and HR programs in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, training, and development
Leadership and Management
- Provide leadership and management to the lodge HR team, including goal setting, coaching, development, performance feedback, and discipline
- Recommend benefit programs to management, direct benefit claims processing, and address administrative, legal, and financial issues relating to healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and educational assistance
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Human Resources certification or specialized training
