Job Description:
The Cabana Server is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage services to our guests. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking food and beverage orders from guests and transmitting them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serving orders promptly and ensuring that all guests receive their requested items
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Providing exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and responding promptly to requests
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Some high school education or equivalent
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
