Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory processes and lead housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Develop and implement effective workflows and standard procedures.
- Analyze and improve the work order process.
- Collaborate with the Director to review and address NPS scores and guest comments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated analytical and planning abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
