This leadership role requires a skilled individual who can drive front-line efficiency and effectiveness in the Housekeeping department. Key responsibilities include inspecting facilities, recommending upgrades when necessary, establishing workflows, standard procedures, and quality control plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory processes and lead housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Develop and implement effective workflows and standard procedures.
• Analyze and improve the work order process.
• Collaborate with the Director to review and address NPS scores and guest comments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated analytical and planning abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
