The Waterpark Maintenance Manager is a key leadership role at Great Wolf Resorts, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our waterparks. As a member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all waterpark equipment, including aquatic features, pumps, and other essential systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians to perform maintenance and repairs on waterpark equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any issues that may impact guest experience
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent education/experience)
- At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or waterpark maintenance
- Working knowledge of chemicals, tools, equipment, and supplies used in providing comprehensive building/water park maintenance services
- Certifications in Aquatic Facility Operator and/or Certified Pool Operator programs
