We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and ambitious individual for a role of Director, Executive Administration. This role will play a key part in advancing the organization’s agenda by working closely with the President and CEO, Board of Directors, business and community leaders, and leadership staff. In this role, the Director, Executive Administration will manage the activities of the executive office, serve as a key board liaison, and manage projects for the President and CEO and Executive Vice President.
Essential Functions
· Manage the Executive Office: Work in a fast-paced environment with access to information and individuals that are driving the regional progress. This role will ensure that the President & CEO and Executive Vice President are well prepared for meetings, events and key dialogues by providing background information, executing on projects and thinking ahead about what’s next to avoid surprises.
· Schedule Management and Support: Maximize the time of the President & CEO and Executive Vice President through a strategic approach to scheduling, including preparation for meetings and follow up correspondence as needed. This individual will work proactively with the membership team to set conversations with business and community leaders throughout the year to enhance the connectivity of leadership in the region.
· Board and Committee Liaison: Help us keep our Board, Executive Committee and other leaders engaged, informed, and prepared by serving as the key point of contact for the Board of Directors and other volunteers. This includes managing correspondence, meeting minutes, assisting with the nomination of new Directors, and overseeing the distribution of materials in advance of meetings. This also includes providing support for Board-related committees, including the Nominating Committee.
· Additional Duties as Assigned: Have the flexibility to assist in various capacities to advance the organization’s efforts to raise awareness, visibility and engagement in the organizations work. Occasional support of specific projects being driven by the Executive Office

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
· * Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree (w/ equivalent experience) i
- At least 4 years of experience working in a corporate or non-profit environment with individuals in leadership
with the title of Exec Admin, Exec Assistant or Project Administrator
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working with boards and/or committees
- Experience working with C-Suite leaders a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to collaborate with confidence to effectively interact with senior management and staff
- Knowledge and proficiency with various computer programs, including, but not limited to, an advanced level of usage with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage sensitive information in a discreet manner
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
- May be required to work more than 8 hours during a workday.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally moves office materials and/or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds throughout the office.
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be available to work occasional off-hours.
· Must be available during standard business hours.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
