We're hiring for a Maintenance Technician for a local Tuscarawas County Manufacturing Company.
This will be a 3rd shift position.
Role Overview:
Responsible for routine preventative maintenance and repairs of facility equipment under the Maintenance Manager's supervision. Works independently and collaboratively with maintenance and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment
· Develop knowledge of processes, equipment, and maintenance tasks
· Maintain communication with coworkers and supervisors
· Log maintenance activities and parts usage
· Assist with engineering projects
Essential Skills:
· Proficient with power tools and electrical meters
· Basic carpentry skills
· Ability to read blueprints and schematics
· Knowledge of plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
· Experience with steam boilers and water treatment
· Forklift operation and repair skills
· Computer literacy for data entry and maintenance logs
Requirements:
· Journeyman Mechanical or Electrical certification preferred
· Welding certification a plus
· Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on feet for 8-10 hour shifts
· Flexible to work any shift, including overtime and call-outs
· Strong communication skills
· Commitment to safety practices and procedures

Pay: $28.83 - $30.03 per hour
