Job Overview
Great Work Employment Services is seeking a motivated Recruiter to work with our team servicing our Portage County distribution and manufacturing customers.

This position requires:
- Effectively communicating and building relationships with both clients and our job seekers.
- HIGH volume outbound calls
- Computer experience (ATS, CRM, Outlook)
- Touring client work sites and/or attending local job fairs
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries, from manufacturing, distribution and clerical. This means you will have the chance to learn and grow your skills in a variety of fields, making each day a new and exciting challenge.
