Do you want to?
- Teach curriculum in the respective discipline for grades 9-12,
- Assess students and analyze results; refine and differentiate classroom instruction based on assessment data and student needs,
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices throughout the school; share best practices,
- Communicate regularly with students and their families about classroom activities and student progress,
- Manage student behavior to ensure every student is fully engaged,
- Maintain regular office hours in order to advise and assist students in a variety of areas including potential careers in their related field of study,
- Actively participate in professional development activities,
- Identify unique student needs and collaborate with team members to effectively address those needs,
- Serve as sponsors of student organizations and participate in campus and community events,
- Support the mission, vision, and core values of Greater Atlanta Christian School, and
- Perform other related work as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in a discipline closely related to the curriculum area; a master’s degree is preferred;
- Teaching experience within the specific discipline is preferred;

- Ability to embrace innovation as a tool to teach, engage, and motivate students;
- Knowledge of student cognitive development and various learning styles;

- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community;
- Knowledge of and experience with relevant technology.
