Interventional pain practice is looking for full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This key position is responsible for all front desk duties including providing excellent and friendly customer service, check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, referral management, and collections. This is a career-oriented position with room for growth and development. The opportunity is perfect for someone that enjoys being challenged and working closely with providers in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a medical facility preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills and must be comfortable speaking with patients in a friendly and personable manner
Must demonstrate professionalism
Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn
Must be organized, efficient, and have great critical thinking skills as well as an investigational attitude
Excellent computer and telephone skills
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
