Under direct supervision, coordinates the operation and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for the GBMC Conference Centers as well as associated conference rooms, meeting spaces, and virtual meetings. Coordinates the scheduling and logistical setup of meeting rooms. Stages and prepares all hardware and software required for scheduled events and meetings. Assists event organizers and participants with utilization of all Conference Center equipment including but not limited to : PCs, laptops, projectors, LCD displays, web / audio / video conferencing solutions, and sound equipment. Completes quality assurance walkthroughs prior to the beginning of events / meetings, provides onsite support during events / meetings and executes all duties as assigned.
Education
2 years of college, or equivalent technical experience
Experience
1 years' experience relating to event coordination and audio / visual support
Skills
- Proficient in the configuration and operation of audio visual equipment including but not limited to : projectors, LCD displays, sound mixers, wireless and wired microphone systems, amplifiers, video / web cameras, DSPs, video switches, media recorders, and touch panel displays.
- Proficient in the use of multiple software platforms including but not limited to : Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Quicktime and VLC player.
- Proficient in current VTC applications including WebEx and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience using Crestron, Extron, and other corporate audio / visual solution manufacturers and equipment.
- High degree of demonstrated customer service and hospitality skills. This includes a heightened sense of customer focus at all times to include the AV team as well as internal and external clients.
- Skill in oral and written communication.
- Skill in data analysis and interpretation.

Pay Range
18.86 - $28.30
Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
