Under the direct Supervision of the Planning and Service Department Director, this position is responsible for professionally meeting customer information and customer service needs of riders and others at the Authority's transportation center. This position will also support the Planning and Service Director with customer service initiatives at the transportation center. This position is the Authority's representation to the riding pubic at the bus terminal.
