IT Manager - Network Infrastructure
Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking an IT Manager - Network Infrastructure to ensure the effective operation of the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support. This individual will lead IT infrastructure functions, oversee network security, and manage vendor partnerships to maintain high-quality, secure, and efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities for IT Manager - Network Infrastructure :
Lead and oversee IT infrastructure , including networks, servers, virtual environments, and security.
Administer and maintain LAN / WAN , wireless networks, and enterprise security protocols.
Manage IT vendors and contractors for infrastructure and security services.
Plan and implement IT projects , including system upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and network expansions.
Support disaster recovery planning and data backup strategies .
Ensure compliance with network security standards and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals .
Requirements for IT Manager - Network Infrastructure :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems , a related field or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
Proven experience in network administration, cybersecurity, and IT project management .
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, VMware, Cisco routers, switches, and data networking .
Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on-call for IT emergencies.
Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurable driving record .
