Madeira City Schools will have an opening for the 2025-26 school year for an Elementary School Administrative Assistant to the Principal. This is a full-time 12-month position. Preference will be given to candidates that have the following qualifications:
Previous school office experience
Knowledge and experience in using school-related technology databases/resources
Evidence of positive communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and school staff
Knowledge and experience with budgeting, requisitions and purchase orders
Excellent oral and written skills
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written communication
Ability to cultivate and model a respectful working and learning environment
