Seasonal Custodian - Part-Time Summer Diamond, Laurel, Live and Scarlet Oaks

REQUIREMENTS:

• General cleaning of buildings.
• Painting experience, preferably on interior walls.
• Lawn mowing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Pass a criminal history check.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Respect of diverse lifestyles, cultures, relations and values

Salary/Pay Scale: $16.10 per hour

Hours: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025 Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
(Maximum of 28 hours per week, hours may vary)

Location: Diamond Oaks, Laurel Oaks, Live Oaks & Scarlet Oaks
