QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or related field.
- Expertise in social media marketing and analytics.
- Strong communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Proficient with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp platforms.
- Familiar with current trends in media, digital content, and audience engagement.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, writing, and social media content.
- Proven experience with SEO, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Experience in K-12 education preferred
- Create and execute strategic social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing strategies to reach target audiences and promote programs and services.
- Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to create compelling on-brand content that resonates with the target audience
- Drive audience engagement and website traffic.
- Monitor social media interactions and analyze campaign data to optimize results.
- Contribute to shaping the social media strategy to achieve organization goals.
- Virtual and in-person
- 15-20 hours per week
